I just went to this place this afternoon, since I live in the area. This was my first time going to Bolay and I have to say I absolutely love it! All the food and drinks are healthy and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is very clean and modern. The staff is super friendly, and they made me feel very welcomed. They made sure to clarify that I can try anything to ensure I will enjoy my food. If your happen to be passing by Miami Lakes, this is a must for lunch. I really enjoyed my experience, overall I highly recommend Bolay and I will be returning. :)

The food is very different from anything I've ever had. A good different. Don't really know how to describe the type of cuisine either. Healthy Thai maybe? I had the Thai Bol to go. Couldn't tell if I was supposed to eat it hot or cold, so I ate the top half cold (as is) and the bottom half hot (microwave). Bottom half was better. Pretty good overall! I'd go back.

Please do yourself a favor and stop by. I'm so glad they opened a location in Miami lakes (I was tired of driving to their Pembroke Pines one). Not sure if it's because they just opened, but the staff is very kind and they even open the door for you when they're nearby. I hope the consistency remains. Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great and I love how this particular location looks in comparison to their Pines location. As of this writing, their online ordering is not working. When you try to place an order, it says the card can't be processed and instructs you to call the restaurant. I brought up the issue with a worker who confirmed to me they have been dealing with it since opening and are working on it. I hope this is resolved quickly because online ordering has always been a convenience to me. Won't knock off a star for that because I understand grand openings can have its hiccups.

Today 9/13/2019 was the first official grand opening of this location and I can tell that it's here to stay. Even though they were training certain staff on the spot that did not delay my meal time in anyway. The place smells great. The food looks and taste incredible and fresh. Not to mention you can have some amazing combinations. You will however easily be spending near $10 a person on food alone. But trust when I say its very worth it. Friendly staff, great location, great food. And never in my life have I seen a staff do jumping jacks before opening a store.
