Amaranthine Bistro

Hellooo. Went to this restaurant with friends on a quite thursday night. DJ on the trays until late playing greek classics.
We enjoyed a few dishes such a spead trilogy, moussaka, thraka, skopelos, squid, and steam mussels... Everything was fantastic except the mussels. I had this issue in other restaurant and I am still trying to find out if the kitchen does not know how to cook them or the mussels are not fresh. Either possibility this dish should not be serve in front of a guest.
For dessert we had galaktompoureko and mastiha.

Everything they served was excellent and so full flavored! Staff are extremely friendly as well. Felt like home. ????????

Excellent lunch and service was exceptional.
We enjoyed a mix of plates as we were a group of 8..met one of the owners who took the time to explain the delicacy that was a special orange pie served especailly to commemorate my daughter's birthday.
Looking forward to returning for their dinner and brunch menus.

Was so impressed with just about EVERYTHING. My boyfriend and I were walking around Miami shores and decided to go inside for a quick brunch. Instead they offered us a lunch menu and we went with it. And we’re so glad we did. The Casablanca meal was absolutely delicious! We ordered the zombie drink. Both the meal and drink hit different taste buds to form a perfect blend. Also, the waiter made the entire experience worth it, super friendly guy from Greece. He was lively and new the dishes well. We are so excited to visit again for dinner!

A nice edition. Well prepared and tasty. Greek salad decent but needs better tomatoes. Meal should have fresh bread offered. The decorating is a little mismatched the fake bamboo mixed with odd ball palms is very odd as are the quilted place mats. The red snapper was cooked perfectly and flavored well the mass or mushy orzo it was on eh. Overall decent food but the amateur design and the lack of decent sides detract.
