Tried this place already with my friend and I am hooked ever since. I liked the awesome atmosphere and delightful dishes and drinks. Highly recommended.
Service was very slow and unprofessional. Food was sub-par. I've had better.
I am writing to compliment Kevin, a manager at the Mimi Shores location. Yesterday, I called in a carry out order for a personal pan pepperoni pizza. I arrived early, so I figured my order wouldn’t be ready. Kevin checked to see if my order was placed in one of the warmers upfront. Neither order held my order, he went to the back and I overheard him ask if the personal pan pizza was ready. I appreciated that because I dislike when team members don’t take the advantage to check. A minute later, he bought out my order — fresh and ready to consume. I then sat down to eat my food in the waiting area. While eating, what impressed me further about his will to take the initiative was that while it was slow due to a storm, he took the time to wash and rinse the dishes. I decided to leave this compliment because this wasn’t a one-time occurrence. He always seems to fill moments when it’s slow to do something to not have orders delayed. In high school and in college, I worked at a fast food restaurant. I did everything from washing dishes and flipping burgers to scrubbing the outside of the dumpster and doing inventory. Working there, I quickly realized what the nuances were to our orders being delayed and how I could pitch in. A team effort is always a great effort, and it made me happy to see a manager move so swiftly to take advantage of down time. I think Kevin will do great things moving forward, and I hope he continues his leadership journey at Pizza Hut, or wherever he dreams to be. There are soft skills, I truly believe you can only learn after working in fast food or retail, and he has amassed many of them. After working in fast food, I used my customer service skills to serve as one of the first U.S. Digital Press Secretary and Legislation Aide assisting constituents with their needs. I did everything from refilling the printer to helping write new laws. Kevin is talented and I hope leadership continues to foster his ability to get things done diligently.
I really like Pizza hut but they're pieces are very salty
