Al Carbon Burger Bar

These guys don’t disappoint. You have to be patient because they take a while to have the food ready but it is worth the wait. Their burgers are great and the wings too. They also have a good beer selection

Great burgers. Order TDP burger and the Al carbon burger. Calamari great. Service was good but warning: they did not give me my actual receipt when I paid and the final transaction did not show that 18% service charge was already included. I usually tip 20% but I noticed the bill seemed off and asked for the final check prior to adding tip. There is no indicator whatsoever or that it would be "additional tip" and server did not make us aware. It points out even more on bottom of receipt what percentage of tip is suggested. So watch out! Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Nice atmosphere sitting outside too.

Very low key spot but excellent food. Maneuver through the parking situation and it'll sure be worth it. Excellent attention from the bartender and waitress.

We went in on a Sunday afternoon were seated immediately. Not many patrons were in the restaurant. We ordered bacon wrapped dates, fried green tomatoes, a Chefs Burger and Al Carbon.

Both appetizers are super good, fried green tomatoes comes with a great dipping sauce that could be used for anything.

For the burgers, I’m now confused on what we ordered and think they swapped them. I even went back online to check the names and still confused. Our service was not great.
I would like to believe we really liked the Chefs Burger, but of course I took photos of the insides and it looks like they messed up the buns?
The Al Carbon mushroom stuffing was not as good as the goat cheese.

I’m now even confused on how to rate this restaurant from 3 or 2 stars.
For an empty restaurant they need to work on service. I would return for takeout.
