Basilico Ristorante

Our favorite restaurant...We eat at Basilico every Thursday, where service and food are first class.

When we lived in Miami and now when we visit Miami we loved dining at Basilico. Yesterday very disappointed, service was poor, always a host took us to the table, not yesterday and the place was empty. My mother in law's spaghetti was very good, my wife's lamb chops not good Costcos are better, I ordered fish and was not good, the vegetables were fresh, my wife's rissoto not good. Water was refilled when I was paying (I ran out of water as I was eating. When the bill came 18% gratuity was included. ALWAYS our restaurant of choice, not anymore.

The food is constantly fresh and flavorful, cashiers provides good service. I loved the cleanliness and atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Service and food was excellent, but the price is on the high end. $15 for meat pasta, $23 for salmon, steak was approaching the 30's. For same price I think I rather go somewhere else but definitely wasn't disappointed.

I don't like the one near the airport. A bit salty at times the good and the lack of space and parking is annoying. The one in Doral is much better because it improves on those problems. The seafood is good. Pasta is great. Sometimes I feel like the portions are a bit small at times. Inconsistent plating. Aside from that, flavor wise feels very fresh and tasty. I recommend going there.
