This place has become a go-to for my boyfriend and I. The food is so delicious and they aren’t kidding when they say it’s full of flavor. The service is amazing, I’ve been there several times and everyone has been super friendly and kind. I highly recommend it!
Marcos and Ben the two guys on the serving line were amazing! I ordered my bowl and waited a few minutes for the shrimp to come out but while I waited they kept me updated and we’re super hospitable. I work in the restaurant industry and when things are smooth in a restaurant everything’s good but when things take longer than expected it’s all about the front of house to smooth things over. These guys did just that and turned what have been an average experience to a great experience. Highly recommended
I’ve only recently just found out about Bolay but it was so good it has me coming back at least twice a week! The manager is always there greeting everyone and asking if everything is ok and the food itself is fresh, clean, delicious and with a great variety to choose from so that you can make a great bowl! Get your daily veggies and protein without losing any of the flavor here at Bolay!
Out of the chicken and rice/build your own bowl places to choose from in Miami, I would say this one has the most promise. We ordered a couple of large bowls the other day, which was better quality than the other options available in the area. It is nice to see someone using chicken thighs which has more flavor. The mushrooms and potatoes were underdone and a little under seasoned, however we would be more than happy to try it again. The lemonade was pretty tasty and the cookie was very good for being gluten-free, but too expensive for the size. What appeared to be a manager came over to remind the cashier to put the cookie and lemonade into the bag. It was nice to see that someone cared about order accuracy which seems to be a huge problem in Miami nowadays.
