Chick-fil-A

The line is forever long here but we all know why😄 - it’s Chick-fil-A!! but, it moves fast. They have the best systems to ensure the best customer experience. Staff is always friendly, organized, and efficient in their jobs. I’ve dined inside and gone through drive-thru. My experiences have always been good. Because this is our only location in Kendall, it’s always packed with customers & delivery drivers. The floors are really slippery/dirty, and the community table is non-existent for dining. Food is always on point. They do an overall excellent job to maintain order & quality.

I don’t think I could ever have a bad experience here. Food is always so good and fresh!! Customer service is great as well. It was very packed but I can’t blame them for that. I tried the chicken tenders and I loved them 🙌 sweet and savory and the Mac n cheese is really good too!

I love the concept that Chick-fil-A has. Everything is about customer service they are so good I went inside the restaurant I was so very quickly everything was brought to my table they have someone in the lounge area asking if you need anything to drink.

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, large fries and chicken nuggets thing was cold. I told one of the employees and he said they were busy. My fries were half empty. I was disappointed 😔😔. This never happened to me in Doral.

Today I went through the drive-thru I love Chick-fil-A but the worst thing is to eat a cold sandwich and french fries. They also gave me the wrong Ice tea I asked for an unsweetened tea and I received it with sugar.

With NO doubts this is my favorite place for fast food. This locations offers immediate service regardless the amount of people you may see at the time arriving. This staff is definitely committed to serve with great quality. I hesitated to stop by when seeing the 2 blocks line, and decided to park trying to avoid the drive through line. Which was my surprise? Either the drive through or the inside lines are quickly served. I couldn't believe my food was ready in less than 3 minutes. I can't even imagine having this long line, lots of order to serve, and having the time to enjoy while laughing and talking to the clients. Amazing staff! I can't talk about anything else that is not salad, but I can say so far I like their salad more than any other fast food restaurants and I have tried a lot of them. Delicious cobb salad with its very special avocado dressing. Highly recommended, surely I will keep coming back every week. As a client we all want to be respected and these people do. They do serve in time and manner.
