This is an explanation to all of the people with negative comments about the customer service, delivery time, wrong address ect. We are one of the dominos in the city of Miami that gets really busy this time of year we are very understaffed…which means we don’t have enough personnel to give great service THATS not an excuse but it is a cause. I myself am an employee there and it’s very difficult to deal with too many things at ones. I get the concerns and the complaints but it all just kind of seems very one sided. You guys act like you have never worked in a fast food chain with much work we try our best to reach everybody’s concerns and we understand but you guys have to understand aswell. As for wrong addresses in delivery, I recommend that before you finish placing an order either through the app or online or even through the phone you should verify the address. Online it changes addresses especially if it’s not automatically put from being a regular customer so that’s an easier way to stop wrong addresses and misunderstanding from happening. Inside carry out customer service. That’s more than likely on a busy day because other than that our carry out employee go above and beyond to give great service to customers in the store. You can always ask and will receive customer is always right. Other than I apologize sincerely and if you have any comments or concerns you may come back again and ask for me.
