Edge Steak & Bar

Came here for dinner and was very impressed. Our server, Kevin, went above and beyond for us and did an incredible job during our 3 hour meal. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing; while it ended up being $330 before tip, it was money well spent.

Good atmosphere. Great steaks. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.

Was actually looking for a steakhouse for my husbands birthday but he wanted to do brunch.
Made a reservation and given a table outside, ok fine. Service was average nothing special. It was our first time we asked the hostess what the menu was for she said it explains the stations inside- we went inside and didn’t see any main dishes. Went back outside, you actually order from the server. She should have known that. At $95 a person this place was really overpriced. Bottomless mimosas and staple breakfast cocktails. For the big drinker with an average palate then yes. But we won’t be back, we were expecting way more for their statement “best brunch buffet in America”. They asked us if it was a special occasion not sure why - we received average service and had to sit outside where it was really hot. Also I had a water Droplet falling on my arm constantly.

We arrived for our reservation a bit early and sat at the bar, the bar tender Jay was very good and attentive even though he had a busy bar he checked on us just enough, never being intrusive. Our Food was fresh, in season and perfectly prepared. Kevin our server was nothing short of a true professional at his craft. He was attentive, very charming and charismatic, he knew the menu very well and made fine suggestions. He also made just the right amount of small talk that made the wait time breeze by. I was also so impressed with the team work the wait staff showed thought the evening. Bravo to all the staff at this establishment from top to bottom!

Nothing great, eat there often since I stay in the hotel 3-4 times a year. Very creative menu, but I always struggle to find things to order. Breakfast ok, staff very attentive and try to please. Lunch is great, best meal here, dinner kind of lame. Tons of better steak houses within walking distance. Staying in the hotel, breakfast and lunch worth it.
