Visited this place a Sunday. We found it because of the reviews on google.
Was not disappointed. Had the pan con lecho and coffee. (See pics)
Beware they serve a lot of fries. The pork was very tasty. Good coffee.
caveat: today there were only 2 people attending. One in the back kitchen and the other, a lady, doing as a cashier, served, busboy and barista.
If you are coming and are in a hurry, this not your place ( at least it would have not been today ) because the wait was long. I did not mind it being a lazy Sunday.
I will come back.
Food was delicious and the portions were huge- for me anyway. The lady at the counter was very nice.. I don't speak Spanish but she did try her best to explain some items on the menu. The place was small, but clean. We tried the special for the day. Great price for the amount of food that we got
Husband and I went for a bike ride and stumbled upon this quaint place next to Publix. As huge supporters of mom-n-pops, we gave it a try. Beyond fresh and delish! Everything made to order and piping hot. I haven't had a minuta con pan in years and it was perfect. My husband's pan con lechon was equally fantastic. The fries...totally on point! Hard
workers, high standards, and low key spot. DEFINITELY coming back❤
Great food, prices are right, and service is superb. I must have been to this small restaurant 20 times now, and I have never been disappointed with my experience. I highly recommend coming here for a quick lunch or breakfast. I am thankful El Habanero has come to my community. I wish them great success here.
