GALIPAN Bistro

Came across this gem of a food truck during my long term stay in Miami. Every time I was welcomed by its warm hearted owners and employees, and continually found each dish served with fresh ingredients and flavour. It quickly became my go to spot for tacos - try the steak ones!

Delicious food, excellent service, good vibes, and really cold beer. I loved the menu, awesome to be able choose from eating a juicy burger, more Fit like a meal replacement shake or vegan. Great place to hang out with friends and family, especially to enjoy after working out or exercising.

The quality of the food is excellent! I ordered the mix parillita with steak, chicken and fries and OMG it was DELICIOUS. The meats were very high quality and super tasty 😋

This food truck is amazing!!! The sirloin was super tender and the tries are perfectly golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Also the tequeños are super good. Enjoyed eating here with friends while watching people play padel.

My favorite items on the menu where the Protein Shakes (specifically the Nutty Banana) and the Power Teas, I loved the Real Padel Tea. The owner Antonella was super nice and the vibe at the place was great to go chill out with a group of friends! Will be back very soon 🙌🏼
