The downsideis the fact that there isn’t any natural option. Would like to see fresh orange juice and real strawberries or bananas with the pancakes. The AC is always so strong that food gets cold quickly. Bring a jacket!! -

(February 26, 2020, 12:09 am)25 February was national pancakes day. The IHOP FIU was full and there was a huge queue to enter. The inside atmosphere was amazing. People were dancing, singing and still the service provided by IHOP was apt and no body had to wait for long.
The experience was great -

(July 21, 2019, 8:05 pm)Food was great.. 1st time in this location and services was great. I stopped going to IHOP because the other locations would take for ever to sit down. Great new place,but the only thing I would ask for flavored coffee cream is what's missing.
