    What part of thin crust do they not understand? Friendly helpful but twice I've ended up with a regular crust pizza.

    When they advertise as " hot and ready" ...they truly are not..I've seen people wait 15 minutes for a pie...we waited 30 minutes for 4 basic, standard pies while they slowly put-putted around the store...really disappointed and dissatisfied with the way that they are so slow in getting orders created and dispensed. They need to remember when they have more demand times ( for example, Friday after 4 pm, weekends, etc)..however, I can say this for them, once they do get around to making your pizza, it is very hot and ingredients seem pretty fresh so that is their saving grace. While I will still patronize this restaurant, I will make sure I coordinate to drop the order, then go shopping for other things I need nearby to whittle my wait time..
    If you go here, be prepared to wait, nothing is truly "ready" as advertised.
