Micha´s Pizza

Awesome pizza, nice view!

Rangel, Monica, Brandon and MIcha are the ideal family destined for success. I met them through a friend when he shared pictures of a pizza he was consuming... I knew we had to go to meet them. Our entire family went to a beautiful seating area in an open farm field where social distancing was never an issue. The sunsets were spectacular as you can see for miles to the West over the fields of produce. Rangel makes his own dough and uses only fresh condiments picked mostly from a herb garden next to the truck that houses... A Wood Burning Pizza Oven... How cool is that! After trying the Margarita pizza, we went to a Hawaiian and then we had the most spectacular... Micha rolls... I will not be a spoiler... just imagine... we have our own wood burning pizza oven at home (our second) and this one has not been cured yet. When he found out, he insisted that he come by on Monday, his day off... I guess a bus driver's day off... he spends it riding the bus for pleasure on his day's off... to cure our pizza oven. Once he gave us a primer on getting the fire started, (he brought a supply of his own wood) he started making pizzas... Wow, we have our very own pizzaiolo. Needless to say, we consider their family now as friends and have visited with each other on numerous times. Always careful with the salt and by the way, since he makes all his pizzas on the spot, he will try to meet all dietary constraints... of course, there is always that diet pizza right?-:) But I cannot leave out Brandon, their 13 year old son. He is a good looking, tall young man that goes at break neck speed to tend to your needs be it another pizza, a napkin or a soft drink. All this without ever looking at a cell phone or playing a video game. I thought that was not possible. Very impressive, and I told him that any future employer would be glad to have him under his wing. A terrific pizza, a terrific family, we are much better by having met them. (maybe a little chunkier?) Thank you.

Really tasty pizza and rolls. Went for a sunset dinner after a long boat day and they did not disappoint! Definitely recommend.

I've been all over the USA this is definitely one of the best wood fired pizza out there by far. Wouldn't go anywhere else if im in Miami.
