I have been here twice. Food is delicious. The owner is very nice. Unfortunately, their staff and customer service is terrible. Lack of attention, not being upfront about extra charges, having to repeat orders a few times, getting the wrong food items, having to ask for napkins and utensils, etc. Would give 5 stars if customer service would improve. Really hope it does.

The Empanadas out of this planet extremely awesome ...downside I was sat down at the front counter for a good 12 minutes and none out of 3 girls ask me if I have been helped or take my order ????

Excellent traditional Venezuelan food! Great service and atmosphere! I’ll def come back!

The place is ok BUT for me, the costumer service is vital in a restaurant, the waiters are always rude and is like they are bored all the time, I have been there twice and I had to wait around 20min to get my order done. The food is great, that's true. But the service should be improve if they want to growth.
