Pollo Tropical

Slow service, run out of chicken... this particular restaurant is pretty much a disaster

Don't go to tropical chicken here if you're hungry.
They take a long time to take out your plate. Also the cashier is always wrong with the orders and what is worse, those who serve the food do not know what they do. And getting worse . You order the food and trust that everything is fine. but when you get home there is always something missing or something is wrong. and one is frustrated.

There was a time when Pollo Tropical gave yo a lot of food for a low price. At that time it was like too much food and made me feel i was getting over. Lol Now, they give you less food for more money. I now feel like they are getting over on me. What a way the table has turned????. The food is great, the parking lot stays full, inside and outside the building is clean, don't know about their bathroom because i try not to use public bathrooms but I'm sure it's clean. The workers seem pleasant, always working. No playing and talking so i get in and get out (not bad)????.
