This is not a bad restaurant. Employee's are very respectful and do their best to help every costumer, I got to defend them. I know how it is working for a restaurant, and people jumping on them.
And am sure these employ would look out for you if you treat them with respect.
My problem is poor ownership.
Every time I come in I see only one person. Doing the cashier, preparing the food by him/or herself. At the same time frying, and cooking chicken.
THIS IS NOT RIGHT.
These people work real hard every day. They're not getting paid well. I hear one getting $10.50 an hour, no over time. And for the mount of work they have to do. This is wrong.
How you run a business with just one person, makes no sense.
If I work for the government i would have this place looked up on labors.
My other problem many time i come in There's no chicken, that mean there's not enough employee.
Message to the owner. Respect your employee and take care of them. And am sure they'll take care of you. There are good people in there. Or shut the place down.

And PS What is it with you people and ONLY ONE SAUCES
