(July 21, 2019, 4:59 am)The eating area and bathroom not as clean as I would expect (for a fast food restaurant). The food tastes fine and the chicken is well cooked. The inside restaurant service is fast. You get your food within 5 minutes after you order it.

(July 18, 2019, 4:35 pm)The food was fantastic, as always at a Pollo Tropical for me. But few of the staff seemed to understand me. I speak very little Spanish and they thought I had asked for the grilled chicken when I wanted the fried bites. They fixed it quickly though.
