    Can't complain. It's Pollo Tropical! The food is always good and cooked to perfection here. Sometime they can forget your order so you're forced to hold up the line behind you to check your order to make sure it's correct. A little disappointing.

    First time at this location. Food was very good, but the forgot to put my large fried yuca in my bag. Tried call several times and no one answered. A little disappointed!
