Porchettoni Food Truck

This is authentic porchetta made to perfection. I've spent quite a bit of time in Italy and Rome in particular, and this is porchetta is the real deal. The skin is delightfully crispy while the rest of the pork is juicy and tender. The seasoning is spot on with a bouquet of Italian herbs coming through with every bite. I had the emperor sandwich with fries. The sandwich was stuffed with porchetta, thick-sliced provolone cheese, onions, peppers, and topped with a creamy garlicky sauce. The flavor was just phenomenal. Perhaps the bread roll could've been a bit more rustic, but that's just my personal preference. The lasagna was also very nice. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the bolognese was savory and flavorful. The service was excellent and friendly. Prices were very reasonable for an authentic homemade product. I would 100% recommend to others. This is the authentic porchetta of Lazio in Miami.

I grew up in Umbria eating this Italian street food. This is the real thing. Try it and know you are eating the way Italians eat pork. Perfect.
