    I love, love, love there bottomless fries. This is unlimited fries for almost every entire. I get this with my burger all the time. And I eat plate after plate of there delicious fries.

    Ate here twice today, for National Hamburger Day. Brought the whole family the second time. Everyone ordered in a timely manner. Food came out in a timely manner (for 7 people). Server was very attentive and made sure food came out as ordered. I really enjoyed me selection of the Southern Charm Burger.

    The food could have been better. My friend were cold and hard. The booth was not clean. There was brown poop on one of the booth chairs. We had table 14. The service was good, but that and the BlackBerry tea were the only good things about the place.

    First time eating at Red Robin and Eric made it one of the best experiences. He made sure we had everything we needed, and our food correct and exactly how we wanted it. Also the manager ensured the food was made to perfection. I will be returning.
