Heard nothing but great things, so had to come check it out for myself! They did not disappoint! Came to have some treats to take home to get my sweet tooth fix and not feel guilty! The flavor of the donuts were amazing! And the rice krispy protein treats have become my go to! How’s now become a weekly visit to re stock on desserts for the family!
And the staff is super friendly!

SoFlo is amazing, the environment and the welcoming as soon as you walk in feels so nice. The waffles, the shakes, the refreshers, everything taste amazing. You must go and try :)

Their coffee with protein is way better than any coffee at Starbucks!

This place is more than just a healthy joint. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the Protein donuts are so good, you can basically pick a flavor blindfolded and will not go wrong. The tea’s are a great source of energy at any time of the day, extremely refreshing. Hungry and don’t have time to sit and eat somewhere for a while, their protein shakes are too dang delicious!! Whether you need a meal replacement, energy booster or just a healthier snack option..this is the spot!!

The protein donuts, waffles and muffins are to die for (my personal favorites Nutella Strawberry, Caramel Coconut, Banana Nut & Blueberry). Delicious protein shakes (strawberry cheesecake highly recommended) and refreshing energizing teas (coconut breeze & mango sunrise are my top two). Friendly owners/staff & great service. Check it out!
