    Good. A little bit of a wait. Only 2 kids behind counter. In center of mall.

    Lazy employees.... need better qualified n trained personnel... People that really want to work... Not persons dragging their feet...

    The Balcony is great, hosting both indoor seating in the cafe and outdoor seating with trees and a fountain. It's a peaceful oasis in an otherwise busy area of town. I enjoyed my hot chocolate (one of the better out there in FL) along with self-serve water, flavored with berries and citrus. The free parking is a nice touch. What a great place to relax and work!
