I love Starbucks. I love their Frappuccino and iced matcha latte and a variety of other drinks. The only issue I've had is that I always order an iced coffee with extra milk and no sugar. 99% of the time I have to return the iced coffee because they put sugar. I love their toasted bagels.
Firstly, I would like to commend the hard-working partners at this store. I have been here multiple times and continue to come here as it is my favorite study spot, and no one makes my Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade like Elizabeth P. does or my iced caramel macchiato like Mika does. The partners, Mika, Elizabeth, Carmen, Fiorella, and Ronald, have always gone above and beyond to ensure I am happy with my drinks and service. I've been in the store during different peak periods, and they deserve more patience and grace than they are usually shown. This has to be one of their busier stores, yet the partners work diligently and always greet customers with a smile, even when customers are not mature or composed themselves.
At the end of the day, the workers at this location are NOT at fault for items or drinks that have run out for the day, the times the store opens and closes (including drive-thru), or the cost of ingredients/drinks. However, I have witnessed more than one tantrum by adults who are politely told their drink is out of stock for the day or location, and their behavior has even given me second-hand embarrassment.
I love coming to Starbucks; I enjoy every aspect, from the comfy study tables to the relaxed atmosphere and the baristas' kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend you visit this store, and when you do, treat the baristas like you would like to be treated.
At the beginning, the girl who took my order was very nice and attentive. I ordered a pastry and a cafe latte. Then, I asked if I could get some whipped cream in my coffee and could not get a decent answer or action about it, when it should not be a big deal, not that they put much on it anyway. Also, the girl who took my order warmed up my pastry and brought it to me quick; however, it seemed there was nobody available to make my coffee. I had to stand there for a few minutes, watching the workers serving the auto lane, others cleaning ordojng things around, but nobody caring to stop by and make my coffee.
Finally, after several mjnutes, the girl taking the auto orders seemed not to be busy and decided to come and make it (no whipped cream)
I love this new location, right next to my home! Perfect prime spot. Ordering thru the app is time efficient and helpful when picking what to order without the pressure of a drive thru line. Highly recommend!
