Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and sat at a table next to the window. We came in to dine around 1pm and it was about 1/2 full… not loud or noisy. We ordered Veg Spring rolls and they were super light with a nice crunch. When we finished the plates were removed and she asked if we were ready for more food. So polite!! I’ve never had a server ask that before bringing food out. Servers were attentive and the food tasted incredible. We got butter chicken and tandoori chicken both were super tender and full of flavor. 10/10 I will definitely come back
It’s a family owned restaurant, nice ambiance, great service. The Nutty ice cream-not to be missed. Jenny and her mother make you feel at home.
In mango season don’t miss the yummy mangoes.
I’ve been going to Swagat for a while now, and it’s so so good- highly recommend tandoori lamb chops and rose ice cream desserts. Dimple was a phenomenal waitress, and we had a great time. Swagat is an absolute gem.
This is a very good Indian Restaurant. Probably my favorite in Miami. Already been there a couple of times and every time is very tasty. We usually order the Korma, Tikka Masala, and Butter Naan. Decent portion sizes. It is not cheap but worth it!
Not sure why lately they charge 1% covid fee and also 18% service fee regardless if our party is small, only two people.
