TACO BAJA REPUBLIC

Giving this place 5 stars because from the moment we made our order over the phone, service was great. I could see great communication between the staff which makes busy nights run quicker as a team. Now for the best part the tacos birria with the cheese was what my husband and I ordered and it was DELICIOUS! The salsa roja that they have, well I can see why it was almost gone, very good. Also, I thought it was pretty cool that they had a guava Jarrito, it was definitely Miami appropriate for sure !! Will definitely come back!

My first tip about the food is eat as soon as you get it. We waited to eat at home and everything was either hard or soggy. Its best to eat the food there as it comes out piping hot. The birria tacos were pretty good the nachos were really good even the side of rice was really good. However, the chicken tacos seemed under cooked and plain no cheese, no tomatoes, no nothing.

The tacos, guacamole, cheese are excellent but the chips are stale that kind of ruins the guacamole or the cheese. Please teach this girl Meleny as she needs ASAP customers service skills, social skills, kindness. If the owner wants their customers to come back.he needs to remove her immediately. Also Meleny didn’t take another order that I want it to place as she told me they were really back up.... What business in their right mind those this!!’ She seems like she doesn’t want to be there or work. The owner should fired her as he is losing customers, because of her nasty attitude. It’s really ashamed for such great tacos and guacamole. It’s very unprofessional to have someone taking your order that is such a no people person & has a horrible attitude and doesn’t want to help the business customers at all.

Very good Mexican food spot in Miami. Is not that Mexican real but close. You must try the guacamole.
