Tony Chan's Water Club

I went there and couldn't believe it was empty! I ordered the Lobster with ginger and scallions, it was beyond great. The shrimp spring rolls were good too! Very authentic Chinese

I would normally give this place all 5 stars as every time I have come here the food has been fantastic, however; yesterday it was not the food that was the issue but rather the staff, or lack of it. We were a party of 5 people (me and my family) and we were greeted by Jenny the owner and she sat us down quickly and just where we wanted... from that moment on it was clear that the restaurant was suffering from a lack of staff. There was ONE server for ALL tables and she was so overworked she was actually in a bad mood (snapping at our requests). If that was not enough Jenny sat a party of 4 next to us that made the second half of our dinner very uncomfortable. Three guys and a woman began putting music on one of their phones... and began singing loudly... Not Jenny nor anyone else of the restaurant staff did anything about it, even though the rest of the clientele was all visibly annoyed. Very not cool Jenny.

We went with the whole family and had an excellent experience! We were greeted from the first moment by Jenny the owner of the place who was very kind who had a lot of patience to explain each dish that we did not know. In addition, the restaurant was super convenient located near the Marriott hotel in Biscayne blvd where we stayed and the open Chinese kitchen made our meeting a real evening, it gave us confidence and security since we could see the dishes as they were cooked for us and everything at the moment. We ordered the Pork Chop from this place it is delicious, a portion of orange duck and sauteed seafood ! Incredible experience, I recommend it a thousand times!
