Viena Farm-to-Table Dining

I had a layover time of seven hours last time I was in the MIA Airport, two weeks ago. Having family in town but afraid of loosing my connection, I'd arranged a family encounter at the airport. We selected VIENA and it was the best decision ever. The restaurant occupies a wide and clean area with big windows to see the planes pass by. The service was excellent and bilingual (English-Spanish). The food was delicious and easy to eat as finger food (we tried all the stonefired flatbreads). The one with Chicken, caramelized onions and sun-dried tomato was our favorite. As starters we had the Brazilian Cheese Breads and the fresh made Guacamole. Although they have an amazing bar, we went for non-alcoholic beverages: we really enjoyed the cranberry juice. They are used to crowds and to clients carrying luggage so no issue whatsoever regarding your belongings. We were loud and we had kids in our party and we never felt under scrutiny. The restaurant is in the seven floor of the Miami International Airport Hotel. Really a different experience to eat and relax while traveling.

You can't, in Miami, get a better airport restaurant in terms of view and ambiance. On a busy memorial day weekend this place was absolutely empty and serene before our afternoon flight.

Food was good and fresh with varied options using nice veggies and mushrooms.

The view over the tarmac and lots of natural light is MUCH better than any other options around here. The only people in here were us an a bunch of pilots - that tells you all you need to know.

Be aware on a Saturday the bartender didn't get there until 4 so your limited to beer, wine and straight liqour.

If you think my comment is useful, please give a like????. It is good taste, service is nice. But too slow. I wait for a long time. And waiter forget give me water. But he is so nice and friendly. I order pasta, meatball one and bread. For break. Too much cheese for me.
