Vista Restaurant

Sooo Vista was more than I expected! We love brunch, I mean who doesn’t? If you don’t, leave this review at once! Ha, anyway, we were greeted by the friendly staff and sat without a wait. We came super early on a Sunday so there was open seating. Our waitress was timely and friendly, wishing us a happy national women’s day. At least a few staffers made sure to stop by to wish us a happy national women’s day, how sweet. Everything from the service to the decor, food and drinks was perfect. Our waitress had me try a special drink she likes with guava juice which was very refreshing. Honestly, I can’t wait to go back to try more of their menu.

What was ordered: European Breakfast

European Breakfast = Emptied the plate!

We came here as a first visit. It was hard to find parking. There’s street parking around. There’s a private parking lot, but it’s $10. Too expensive given that you’re coming there for the places in this kinda of plaza where the restaurant is part of.

There’s a lot of seating but for our unfortunate luck there was an event and almost all of the seating was taken. The hostess suggested some high table seating, but it was too cold. So I guess in regular miami weather they would be ok.

We put our names down for a reservation and were told it might take an hour, but if something opens they will tell us and they did. Took less than $30min. We ordered the calamari $18, vista margarita pizza $14, airline chicken $22, corn on the cob $9 and a Diet Coke $3.50.

Yes we over ordered, i would guess the calamari and pizza would have been enough.

The bill came to $66.5 with added gratuity of 18% the total came to $78.

The hostess was really nice and accommodating. Also the staff in general were nice as well.

The food was delicious and well prepared.

This place is very nice! Modern and simple decor, and clean. The food was good overall, though the pasta was a bit over cooked and sticky, everything was tasty. The servings and drinks were generous. Good service overall, and chill atmosphere. Will come back.

I went to this restaurant for drinks and apps on a Monday night and really liked it. I would give it 5 stars but it fell short on just a couple of aspects. I'd go back though because the drinks were great and I just loved the atmosphere.
