    Better than average food variety and consistency for a fast food concept. Check your order as they often mix things up what with all the masks and plastic dividers. The quatre leches desert item is a real winner.

    The staff here are super helpful and polite. They are welcoming, natural happy people. I ordered and it was ready in less than 5 minutes and that was with 2 people ahead of me from the start. I love pollo tropical and with their great customer service. 10 star well deserved.

    Pollo tropical was excellent and the server at the window was informative of the difference in the salad. I will recommend pollo tropical to others. Excellent service
