Smokez BBQ

I compete in BBQ cook offs in Houston, TX. visiting my aunt I could smell what I can only describe as what low and slow is supposed to smell like. I was thrown for a loop because Miami has never had, at least that I know of a true low and slow Texas style bbq place. My family and I walk in and loved the vibe. It's how BBQ is meant to be had. Ofcoarse I tried everything..The way I feel about BBQ is that there is BBQ, Good Q, And there is top level Q. Flavors and style may differ from pit master to pit master. But the execution of the meat tells you alot. Everything I had was top level Q..I can't wait to go back and try everything else before I go back home to TX.

Absolutely a place worth stopping by, the food is good and well prepared, the costs are affordable and it is constantly well kept there. Kudos.
