Really nice staff, excellent food and good prices.

Great experience here with the wife. It was our first time and we've been to oven fire pizza spot so we know it's takes awhile to make the pizza. Food was pretty good, customer service was excellent!

My husband and I used to love coming here when it was La Mora Italiana. We were sad once it closed down but we are absolutely in LOVE with Trattoria Blu! The pizza and pastas are amazing. The service is amazing and fast and we loved seeing Andrea who was one of our favorite waitresses from La Mora as she's always attentive and patient with our kids. This is definitely a must try for anyone in the Palmetto Bay/Pinecrest/Cutler Bay area! The best pizza is the Prosciutto pizza (love the balsamic glaze) and the best pasta would definitely have to be the Del Mare.

We love the food here. Everything is good. I love the pastas, pizzas, appetizers, desserts... it’s all amazing! My favorite is the pistachio farfalle pasta!
The service struggles a little bit when they’re busy. It needs organization. People seem to be running around like crazy but not knowing what to do. The place is very small, so that might be an issue. The food comes out fairly fast, but they should bring everyone’s food out at the same time. I don’t like to start eating before others at my table. So, they should have everything ready at the same time.
The managers are very nice. I hope they continue their success and get the service figured out. We’ll definitely be back.

The food is amazing. Atmosphere is very nice. The owner came by to ensure we had a great time and enjoyed our food. Not a 5 due to the service. But, it's new and it has huge potential. I'm absolutely coming back again.
