Just Salad

Amazing experience. Love the beetroot juice, The place was Very clean. Staff was attentive and polite.

First of all the app for ordering online is seamless and I love how detailed it is. The last time I ordered the Thai crunch salad someone forgot to put crispy wontons on it. This time when I ordered it online, I made sure to confirm that the crispy wontons would not be forgotten. When I received my order through Uber eats, there was a lovely note from Crystal on the lid of the Salad. It’s so refreshing to see that some people still care about the customer experience, and they are willing to go above and beyond. She did not have to do this and many people in Miami (a city, severely lacking good customer service skills) would not have taken the time to do it. She’s a star!

There is nothing bad to say about JustSalad!!! I love the reusable bowl concept and the salads are FRESH, with all the vegetables and add-ins you could ever want. The staff is so nice and friendly, always getting my order perfectly right (If it’s not right, they will take care of it quick). The portions are so filling and generous. These meals are high quality and SO delicious. Always a great experience.

Clean and deliciously tasty healthy option with friendly and prompt service. Nicholas and Yani the store manager we’re patient allowing several tastings to determine what I’d like best for my order, and sharing a laugh over what counts as “spicy” in different parts of country, A+ service! New fave: The cucumber mint lemonade (no, I couldn’t get the recipe!). An easy and delightful stop, ended up getting a second order to go for tomorrow.

Delicious & strongly recommend! I ordered the Build your own salad with oven crispy chicken & Smoky Poblano Ranch. Just enough spicy. The Almond berry blast drink was also very delicious. I'll definitely be ordering lunch from here again.
