Starbucks

I called the Starbucks on 90th and US1, asking for a treinta of uncut cold brew (or cold brew "from the cube," as they say). It's not an order that most Starbucks are used to filling, and some may even decline. To my surprise, the store manager (Gian) happily accommodated my request and left the order (filled straight to the top) waiting for me in the refrigerator. When I picked up the cold brew the following day, the shift supervisor (Tommy) told me of the close coordination between Gian and his staff regarding my order. I was floored that they went to all of that trouble just to ensure that I'd receive my order when I arrived. Tommy was super friendly and indicated that they'd be happy to fill the order again in the future, so long as I call before a certain time the day before. I have to say that it's rare to receive this type of high-quality customer service, and the staff deserves much praise for leaving me with such a favorable impression. A truly awesome experience!
