This place is a well-oiled-machine. They churned out drinks for a variety of patrons in a quick and sensible manor. I saw them quickly deflect a few obtuse patrons professionally and without disturbing other customers. A+ work!

Tip your barista.

My mom, sister and I visited this location twice during our Miami trip. Each day was such a positive experience. The location was incredibly busy the second day and had one oven down which caused the restaurant space to be louder and more clustered while orders took longer. You could tell the staff was thriving under the busy environment. Some customers were rude and reaching over the COVID-19 shields while also hovering around the pickup station asking about their orders. The staff remained calm and positive, still saying “good morning!” to everyone coming in.

The employee who wears the hat with no bill (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name!) was especially amazing and positive both days, and I hope to use their example in my job when I go home.
