When we came in host told us that all menu is 30%off (3pm) but when we received our check they didn’t include 30% discount. So basically if you don’t pay attention you will be charged full price when we’re promised to have a discount. It’s rude and disrespectful to the customers. I didn’t like it. Will not come back to place like that. Also was asking for lemon to my water 4 times! Same with a glass for beer. Service should be better! Tips already included to your bill 20%.”

“I liked the atmosphere love the scenery but i didn't like my drink. Everyone else drink was good and pretty. Mine was very sweet. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri. I also ordered some wings for everyone and they were cooked very hard. The wheather was nice and sunny. Folks were just doing they thing. The waitresses was nice but she didn't really check on us. She was busy talking.......the restrooms were clean.”

“When I Heard of El Palacio de los Jugos, I thought, natural fresh juice. Well nop! That's no the case. Is processed fruit that they just poured on a glass and gave to you and charged you as fresh juice. Nothing I couldn't get from the store and for less money. So I can't tell you I was impressed about it. But if you asked about their food court. I will said that was impressive. They have a great selection for all kinds of people.
