Schooner Wharf Bar

Wow, this is a must go to restaurant if you visit key west . The food was amazing , best bean dip I have ever had, was so good I automatically order bean dips at other restaurants when I come across them, and years later, Schooners Wharf still wins . During our Florida keys and Miami trip, we ordered key lime pie at every restaurant that week, and the key lime pie at this place is the best key lime pie I have ever tasted. It’s more sweet than most, perfectly balanced and creamy. I ordered 2 more for the trip back to Miami . The service was amazing , super friendly , the restaurant is open air seating , only thing inside is kitchen n bar if I remember correctly . We sat on the upper deck overlooking the bay and docks . Was a beautiful experience I will always remember. Every time someone mentions they are going to key west, I tell them the amazing story of my experience . If I am lucky enough to go back to key west, this is where I would eat again.

A wonderful wharf pub, outside seating, friendly laid-back atmosphere! Great music and good location. Stop by Franks magic bar, he was amazing!!

Didn't get a chance to visit a few years back, but so glad we did this time around. The atmosphere is a perfect backyard party with live music and a nice cigar stand rolled by locals. No photos of all that, unfortunately, but did take a photo of the delicious food: Nacho Bean Dip - definitely get this over the order of Chips and Salsa - plenty portion, and the seasoning on the tortilla chips are tasty; and Jerk Chicken Sandwich with a side (I chose their slaw - fresh and not too watery or overly heavy on the sauce) - jerk seasoning wasn't too overwhelming, and the sauce on the side is reminiscent of Chick-fil-A sauce but less "saucy" or tangy. Overall, this spot is definitely a must to stop by if you're in town. Found it cool that if you catch a fish (or maybe other seafood at sea), you can have them cook it for you. Didn't see anyone do so but still a nice idea.

Our first night in Key West, We stopped in at Schooner Wharf Bar. They had a live band playing music. The atmosphere was casual and friendly.

The food was good. The Cajun fish wrap was very good. The fries were hot and crispy. The beverages were cold and refreshing. The food was solid. My only comment was that the live music was very loud. That aside, it was good.

This is a nice place to go, usually packed at night. Right next to the Marina so you have an amazing view!! Service needs a little improvement, very slow on getting drinks and taking your food orders. But that maybe because of staffing?? But great music as well.
