Grumpy's Restaurant

Definition of five stars. Everything is right but I'll share some details to prove this.
It was really busy I'd guesstimate like 90% full and I still got my well prepared, well priced including a coffee refill in under 10 minutes.
Is this an example of amazing or what!
To show how good the customer service is I was sitting near the preparation area for to go orders. They were thoughtfully being prepared, not just thrown into a bag with the receipt. The question was how much syrup should be put with the pancakes? Of course the answer was a lot. "It's better to have too much 🍁 maple syrup than not enough." Right on! Woohoo 🎉
This place is five star awesome.

Decent restaurant chain with affordable prices which falls in line like IHOP, Waffle House, etc. Servers were courteous and polite and environment is clean and organized. Food was ok and has room for improvement. Both meals had hasbrowns which the hasbrowns were not cooked all the way through. The restaurant does use hormel products for some of its menu items. One of the meals was corn beef hash which we found out was just straight out of the hormel can since we asked the server about dietary items due to allergies. Just makes you think of should a person spend $12-13 for a meal for corn beef hash out of a can when someone can do it at home for a heck of a lot cheaper from a can of corn beef hash from hormel. Overall, the restaurant is decent and falls in line like the other chain breakfast restaurants.

Fried green tomatoes and fresh orange juice are bomb! The wait looked really long when my party of 4 pulled up.... we were seated within 15 minutes! Fruit-infused water and hot coffee are available outside for your wait, and the staff is definitely not grumpy.😀

This was our first time dining at Grumpy’s and it was beyond our expectations! The atmosphere (even while waiting) was pleasant and family friendly. After a short 30 minute wait, we received fast and friendly service. The food was incredible and tasty. It looked as good as it tasted. We’re just sorry we don’t have a Grumpy’s near us back home!

Well worth the short wait for a table. All of our food was hot and cooked to order. Would recommend the home fries, pancakes, chicken Benedict for sure! Bacon was cooked perfectly. Onion rings are best I’ve had anywhere. Feels like a quant diner with gourmet cooking! If you haven’t gone yet, take a morning with your partner and spend it here. Will be returning very soon!
