First time trying Culinary Rejects and ordered the PPM sandwich, pulled pork with pimento mac and cheese, came with fries and a side of get-back sauce. They also offered many different uniquely flavored sodas that all tasted amazing. Joe is awesome and really knows what he's doing! 10/10 Can't wait to come back and try some more of their great food! 💚

This food truck is truly a hidden gem, serving up some of the most delicious and unique dishes around town.

Their Chopped Cheese Hoagie is definitely a standout dish, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The combination of tender ground beef, melted cheese, and fresh veggies (onion, pepper, lettuce, and tomato) on a hoagie roll is simply mouthwatering. The textures and flavors all blend together perfectly, making each bite an absolute delight.

In addition to their fantastic food, the staff at Culinary Rejects are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They take great pride in their dishes, and it definitely shows. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend giving this food truck a try.

Overall, I can't recommend Culinary Rejects food truck enough. The Chopped Cheese Hoagie is a must-try, but I've heard their other menu items are just as impressive. If you're in the mood for some truly delicious food and friendly service, make sure to give Culinary Rejects a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Outstanding. The owner was super busy but when he saw that I ordered a P.P.M. sandwich he stopped and said, "oh man this is a messy one today but they're so good!" He was so right, pulled pork, pimento Mac and cheese on Texas toast! My wife got the chop cheese and that was delicious as well. Reminded me of a cheeseburger sub from back north. Will go again.

The other day I was searching for a particular food truck but they were not around. I am so glad! Instead I popped over to this little spot at the old car wash on N Ferdon. Incredible aromas hit my nose the moment I stepped out of my car. There were about 3-4 people ahead of me. On a recommendation of a man in line, I ordered the chopped cheese and the PPM. Oh. My. Goodness!!! The fries were seasoned perfectly, great portions and the food was so darn good! It was quality! Worth the money. They also carry soda from a local business, Big Jerk. Yum!
My brother went there the very next day and had the chopped cheese. His eyes rolled back into his head. He works at Elgin so they will hear about this.
There was a man there talking to one of the owners, I guess it was Chef Joe. They were kind enough to engage with me for a bit being that I’m not from here and I was in the biz 27 years.
Do yourself a favor and try this place. Soon, they will need a brick and mortar kitchen!

The best food truck in town hands down. Chef Joes passion for the culinary arts is present in every single dish I have gotten so far. The gumbo is fantastic, and the fries are seasoned to perfection. I can't wait to go back!
