Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House

Referred to this place by their neighbor business... Just Chute Me. Good referral! A 30 min. wait was quickly over after a drink @ the bar while the kids went out the back down to their beach access. Good service, interesting selection of food. Specialty drinks well prepared and food selections came quickly. Well air conditioned and attractively decorated. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

By far the best food I've had at a restaurant. The Manger needs to do something about parking. It will take 30 minutes just to get in the parking lot. I recommend hiring someone or another company to stop traffic so customers could pull in. Also, they will not place your name on the wait list unless everyone in your party is with you. They can be in the parking lot waiting for valet service, doesn't matter. That's a little frustrating to be honest. It's most definitely worth the wait though. Except to wait between 2-3 hours. They have a beach play area for the kids and corn hole toss game for families and friends. You also have access to the bar while wait so the wait won't seem as bad as it actually is. As long as the food doesn't change, Boshamps will one of my must eat spots. Do yourself a favor and dine here! You won't be disappointed!

We so enjoyed the entire experience! We went for lunch, with our dog, and we're treated very well from start to finish! Our server was excellent, patient and helpful with our many questions. The oysters were the largest and freshest we've ever had! The baked pimento dip was incredible too! This one is worth every penny and you should not pass it up!

I got the red snapper dinner plate and it was perfect. It was well cooked with that crispy, browned surface on the outside of the fish. Probably the best fish I've had state-side. The fried oysters were great as well. They didn't cheap out on the kids menu either, the fish and fries basket was battered and fried white fish.

The only "complaint" would be the long wait time, but you can't really fault them for doing an awesome job!

This place is Super Expensive and Super DELICIOUS. Definitely worth it. You know that feeling when you pay a lot and you still enjoy food. Yep, this is the place where you get that feeling. Plus you can't beat the location, outdoor seating right next to the beach and LIVE Music.

I'd definitely recommend this place and the award winning dish they have there. Ask them.
