Much better than Joe's Crab Shack.
It was neat being able to do the photo scavenger hunt while we waited. The gator attraction was neat also.
The staff was great. I got the blackened fish and it was excellent.
My son really enjoyed the chocolate shake.

I would have given this place a 5 star if it wasn’t for the bad service when we were seated. The gators were fun to see and feed. The gator handler staff where all very helpful and friendly! When we were seated, the gentleman didn’t introduce himself and he didn’t check on us at all while we were there. I had to keep asking for things. I’ve never had that bad of a waiter before. As far as the price goes, I didn’t think it was bad. You get a lot of food for the price, so I think it’s worth it.

This place was great! When we got here it was pretty busy, so we had to wait over an hour before we were able to be seated. Thankfully there was plenty to see and do here to pass the time. We took our toddler here and she loved watching and feeding the gators as well as playing on the small playground and exploring the restaurant. The wait went by much quicker than I thought it would, and the food ended up being well worth it! The food prices are a smidge high, but the quality of the food was excellent and considering the atmosphere and friendly staff, I feel it was fair. Will definitely be coming back here the next time we visit the Gulf Coast!

We had a long wait, and it was WORTH IT! Our kiddos spent that time feeding alligators, getting temp tattoos, and playing on the playscape. The kids didn’t even realize we were waiting for a table. It was a full-experience. Once we were seated, we had an AMAZING waitress Ambrosia. She didn’t bat an eye with our large group, adjusted our orders, and was just plain genuinely cool and happy to make our experience great.

The food was nothing less than expected. Perfection. And definitely worth the wait.
