Henderson Beach Resort

The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, it feels like you’re staying in a home. For the most part every single person who works here is so nice. It was a really nice experience except for a couple of things. 1. We gave housekeeping our two bed spreads to wash and they never brought us other ones. When we called and asked for two more blankets, they brought us one small thin blanket. So, our last night here I slept under the thin blanket and the other guest slept under the sheet. (I hope he doesn’t get charged for those bed spreads?) we had two dogs and it was really hard to communicate with housekeeping what we needed and why we didn’t want them to come in the room with the dogs. 2. For some reason Sunday morning, the valet was so rude to us for no reason, I understand everyone has a bad day but we just came to get our key and hadn’t even said or done anything and once we walked up one of the gentlemen just seemed annoyed with our presence and I had no idea what was going on. 3. No vegan on late night menu, veggie wrap has Mayo and can’t be modified so there weren’t any options to eat.
Even though this made it a little stressful, other than those things it was really pleasant, nice pools and bars and short walk to the beach. Perfect for small dogs, nice area to walk them around. Most people there are soooooo friendly that it made me smile. Really nice place to stay

Beautiful Resort. Clean comfortable rooms. The staff is amazing. I would stay again! Because everything about this resort is exceptional. And the have separate adult only areas, kids club, and tons of activities from mermaids swimming in the pool to movies for the kids by the pool.

The resort is beautiful, definitely one of the best in the area. I'm writing this review for the spa. Bethanne gave me a wonderful collagen facial. Her technique and professionalism were enough to make me come back again. All of the staff were friendly and helpful but Bethanne was awesome. Ask for her if you come here

Absolute blast! Resort was very well maintained and had a great variety of activities for the kids and adults. The beach was a short walk, but the staff down there made setting up for the day easy and straight forward. Thanks for a great family stay!

I didn't rate the rooms, b/c I didn't stay here, just had a couple of drinks at the rooftop bar. This is a beautiful resort, with amazing views from the rooftop bar. The drinks were pretty good, and the service was impeccable. We met a lovely gentlemen while looking at all the old photos on the walls, who told us about the old Destin. Amazing stories.
