Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I live about 40 minutes from this Dairy Queen and it's the closest one to me at this point in time. So I drove all the way over there to get a hamburger because I thought the burgers at Dairy Queen were like real beef burgers and I was so excited and ready to get this burger and when it came out it was one of those Burgers you can get at the store you can get about 40 of them in a box they're frozen. Just really gross. I mean I should have just gone to Wendy's and got a chocolate Frosty. Cheaper and better But I did get that new cotton candy blizzard and it was really good. And the burger situation I don't know if it's the same at every Dairy Queen like I said there's only one near me and it's kind of far away so I don't know what the burgers taste like at other Dairy Queens I'm assuming they're all the same. Just don't bother ordering the burger. And if you do or not and get fries make sure you ask for some salt...

They appear to be under new ownership. Recently remodeled. Very nice look. Staff is nice. I ordered a Banana Split and when it was served it did not have chopped nuts on it and flat whipped cream. I've never had one anywhere that didn't have nuts. When I asked, thinking she had just forgotten them, she said it would be 62 cents. REALLY? For a 1/2 teaspoon of nuts??

The food was pretty good, but they had a problem with their carbon for the drink machine. It seems that "for my trouble" they could offer me a reduced price or a free ice cream or something.
It's not my fault this happened, and it's probably not theirs either, but still, its good customer service at least to offer. I don't visit often as-is, but let me say that this certainly colors my opinion about going back.
