IHOP

I have been here twice in the last month and was pleased both times. The place is fairly clean and presentable. The food was good and servers are good. No complaints here.

Absolutely loved it, wished they had not been so quick but more precise. My food came out cold and I don't like cold food. But that is my only complaint

New Construction is a nicer experience, Well ventilated no more going home and smelli g like food.. kitchen is separate.. Ample Parking.. Nicer booths.. Nice Staff.. We were greeted and served by a young lady Crystal.. very polite and no rush to choose your meal..! We're Coming Back!

This IHOP was recently opened. I phoned in a to-go order and it's answered by the young lady called Shelby. She was excellent. That is, very clear in Her speech and in asking questions. Very courteous indeed as she listened carefully to my questions and repeated the order at the end for me to make sure it was accurate. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Katherine at the front counter. When I mentioned my to-go order, she beckoned to Shelby who was nearby, to please check on it. I talked to her at least 10 minutes before my order was to be ready by patiently waiting it's not an issue. In the mean time, I exchanged conversation with Shelby about items on the menu and she either gave me the right answer then and in one instance called the manager over to verify. My understanding through all this, is that Shelby was very new to customer service but she seemed very experienced and a natural at communicating well with customers. She deserves all the Kudos possible. Katharine as well, handled everything in a professional manner. Please acknowledge Shelby and Katherine on my behalf.
