NYPD Pizza Apopka

I wish I had pictures, this place is the example of giving just the right amount of freshness in a box. I never have a problem ordering their delicious Mariano Pizza. I wish most places would make their pizza like this. They truly make the best NY style pizza doesn't even matter what kind of pizza it is. I tried the buffalo ranch for the first time and my family loved it the whole pizza gone that same night.

Fantastic pizza. Must try. Authentic NY style pizza. Especially the white ricotta cheese pie. After living in NY state for a while, this is the closest tasting I’ve found and it hit the spot. Will definitely be back!

This place is an absolute gem - it has amazing New York-style pizza (try the white pie!) and the garlic knots were to-die for! Also, the customer service was terrific and the ambiance was really cool - I love all of the NY subway signs and the garage doors that open for outdoor seating.

We went to check out NYPD Apopka for the first time last night. Overall, tasty food and good service. We ordered the garlic knots and meatballs to start. The meatballs were delicious (as evidenced by the empty bowl)! I would not recommend or order the garlic knots again. They are more like big rolls with a little butter, garlic, and seasoning on top. It was just way too much bread! I had the Greek salad, which was good, and cheese pizza. The pizza had lots of bubbles in the dough, causing a loss of toppings over the surface. It was okay otherwise. My husband ordered the roll with ham, pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. It didn't come out until I was done eating, but it was really good.

First time trying out NYPD Pizza in Apopka. We ordered a large cheese pizza, garlic knots and house salad. Everything tasted great. The cheese used on the the pizza was top notch. The pizza leftovers were still great a day later. The restaurant is super clean and I can tell it is very well run. Great attention to detail in the restaurant decor and the dining room looks nice.The staff is well trained, very friendly and professional.
The extra touch is that they open each box in front of me to verify the order and show how delicious looking each item is.
Ordered carry out this time but will definitely be back for the dine in experience. Good job!
