    The atmosphere is great. The food is very well done and the staff is A1 excellent. Exceedingly kind to every customer.

    Tour was terrific and our tour guide, Alan, was a riot! We got samples of cocoa in its various stages of processing and then the final product was amazing. We didnt opt for the personalized chocolate bar but we did leave with a lovely assortment. Tour was fun and informative- great for all ages - and their chocolate is.first rate!

    Great place. Nice restaurants inside the hotel provide a good range of options. Very close to the parks. The rooms are very nice and appropriate for the star rating. We got adjoining rooms for a family trip and the front desk was very accommodating to arrange it since we booked through hotwire.
