Pollo Tropical

I give this place a 5 star yesterday around 7pm we walked in and made a big order this was our first time coming into a pollo Tropical we always heard it’s the place to go (we from New York) we decided to eat here to bring to our guest (family of 22) I’m sure they was in shock i seen it in them but i also seen the team get ready and do they thing i wanted to to let them know i appreciate putting your time into our order and also let them know the food was great we will be going back on our next visit

The location was dirty. They weren't cleaning the tables fast enough. I normally love pollo tropicals but this place has gone down hill. We had to wait 20 minutes for chicken. The black beans didn't have much taste but st least the chicken was good because we had to wait 20 minutes and it was fresh.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my order because the chicken wasn't already. Everybody was ordering shrimp or other non chicken items. Almost tripped on the floor and had to place a chair so nobody can pass through, that little cone was not visible! The food was good and the service was fine..... I was just hungry and almost slipped.
