The chicken here is succulent and tasty. Cooked really well and piping hot when it gets to you. The fries are seasoned well, flavourful and not too spicy. As much as the above is true and this is called chicken guy, the sauces are the real star of the show. So many choices, and each of them are excellent. Make sure everyone you're with tries at least one new sauce!

Went here on the last day during my trip to Orlando Florida this year. There was a line in front due to how busy the restaurant was. This place goes above and beyond to support the needs of each customer. While I was in line a customer requested that the chicken they offered be cooked in olive oil due to allergies and the management staff came and said they would without hesitation. The place is laid out to fit at least 30-40 people comfortably in line. There is a huge sauce guide on the wall so you can see what kind you would want with your chicken entree. The food comes out quick and they use table placards to identify the guest and their orders. The staff is friendly and take your order without causing delays if there is a huge line. The special seasoned fries make for the perfect side to go with your chicken and tastes delicious with any dipping they offer. I wish I found this place earlier in my travels I would have packed a few orders to go for the park while I waited in line. The food is priced well for being inside of Disney springs. Tons of children were enjoying the meals alongside their parents as well I noticed.

Service is good. Staff is nice. Food is lacking seriously in any flavor they push those sauces to do the talking. I do not recommend coming here honestly though.
Guy... the man of "flavor town" I bet wouldn't like his own food here.

Ate here on my recent trip to Disney Springs, as I was visiting from North Carolina. I ordered the loaded mac and cheese, which was good. It came with pieces of chicken in it, but I didn’t like the chicken. It tasted okay, but the texture was weird. The chicken strips are breaded in what looks and taste like shake and bake bread crumbs. Coming from North Carolina, which prides itself on southern style food, and is home to Bojangles (the best fast food chicken), I was disappointed in the chicken.
For my macaroni and soda, I paid around $13. Kinda expensive, but reasonably priced compared to the other upscale dining options in Disney Springs.
The line was long, but moved fairly fast. I also received my food quickly. One critique I have is that they need more seating. It’s a small space and can’t accommodate the large crowds of people it gets.

Came here for an easy dinner that our entire group would enjoy. The line was long and outside the restaurant, but we waited maybe 20 minutes at most to place our order and sit, which I find highly impressive during the dinner rush on a Friday night. I ended up getting the three tenders combo, the special sauce/ranch/sweet and sour sauce, and the triple double mint shake. It took a bit to get our food, and we had to remind the employees bringing out our food that we were also supposed to have a shake, and they seemed super confused, so it took another 5-10 minutes to get it. The food was pretty good overall. The fries were fantastic but the chicken itself seemed kind of... bland to be honest. I guess that’s why they focus so much on the sauces. The special sauce and the ranch were great but the sweet and sour tasted off (a little chemically tasting?) and I would not recommend it. If you are a fan of mint I highly recommend the triple double mint shake!

All in all the food was decent and the service was speedy with getting through the line, so we would definitely come back for an easy meal that would even appease picky eaters.
