    Lost a star for the less than enthusiastic greeting I expect from a business I plan to spend money in. The young man was expressionless. It is amazing how the attitude of an employee can set the ambience of a sandwich shop. Manager needs to stress smiles will win repeat business. I am sad that the young was obviously miserable. Maybe a change of scenery will do him good.

    Clean place and clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and solid food. Hard working staff that dealt with a trouble customer very professionally. Thanks jimmy johns! So good.
