For the price, it definitely wasn't all that great. If you are just passing through, stay at a different property. If interested in using the price match garuntee, be sure to read all limitations thoroughly (an unfortunate mistake we made). We did receive two free Starbucks beverages as compensation for the inconvenience; however, we were unable to use them because the employee didn't show up for work and a replacement wasn't called in. For the most part, the rooms are well put together, clean, and well stocked. One of our towels did have what looked like a bunch of lipstick stains or makeup stains folded up in the inside of the towel. So that was pretty gross. We got really spoiled with our beautiful stays with Marriott properties this vacation so I'm not sure what happened with this particular Sheraton. We are Marriott members and really love our membership, just happened to have a negative experience here. :(

Nice hotel. Pricey and not the best menu for room service but it works.
